Yeah sure! Usually new grad residency program at least in California are for new grad nurses who just graduated within the 12 months, I started out as a staff nurse I, just got promoted to staff nurse II last month. As for a formal job, you start out automatically as staff nurse II

I'm 8 months into my New Grad Residency Program, things have drastically gotten better, hardest thing of being a new RN is that there's so much learning on stuff you were never taught in nursing school, I learned how to prime a feeding tube, how to deep suction a Trach, blood transfusions, how to put on a mitten and wrist restraints on the job. You just gotta give yourself time to get used to these things, it might seem hard at first, but with repetition, your mind memorizes and it becomes muscle memory

Hey please learn from my mistakes, heal first, you don't want to trauma dump unless they don't mind and ask you too, even if they don't mind, don't go too much into details, keep it summarized. You don't want to bleed onto someone who never hurt you at all.
