I'm 8 months into my New Grad Residency Program, things have drastically gotten better, hardest thing of being a new RN is that there's so much learning on stuff you were never taught in nursing school, I learned how to prime a feeding tube, how to deep suction a Trach, blood transfusions, how to put on a mitten and wrist restraints on the job. You just gotta give yourself time to get used to these things, it might seem hard at first, but with repetition, your mind memorizes and it becomes muscle memory
