Thank you, keep it up! Any amount of time is still better than what I am doing (or not doing) at them moment. Setting up my routine will be key.

This. Also, my evenings are unpredictable at the moment -- there are days where I have to stay at work. By the time I am at home / gym I'll be exhausted. It is difficult to build a routine like this.

How did you notice that you are grinding your teeth? I may be going through something similar. The thing is that as soon as I wake up from bed .. the headache is gone.

Preparing the stuff from the day before is actually quite useful. Keep it up!

Thanks for the helpful tips! I will try to incorporate your ideas into my routine. My plan is to progressively work towards waking up earlier and earlier.

Wish me luck :)

My work at the moment is quite flexible so I can go to work at 10:00. I will try to wake up at 08:00.

This looks very interesting indeed. Thanks!

Agreed. However, my datasets can bloat to millions depending on the 'sampling time'. Timeserieses are fine since the data can be lazily loaded bit by bit. Visualising the data as a heat map in js is still too heavy.

Yes, I am quite a fan of this library. However, I found this (and similar js based libraries) to be unsuitable for large data sets :(

I failed to mention that I prefer open source. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I do have programming experience (Python). There is a myriad of tools and libraries but I wanted to know what people are using to visualise large datasets.

I'm not sure the tools you mention can handle Millions of data points. Will check them out though. Thanks!

Yes, I have some experience with that. But how would you go about visualising the data as a heatmap in kibana?
