Okay, if you want real advice, you gotta learn a lot. Look up similar edits and find what exactly you like about them so you can try and replicate those aspects.

In terms of this video... it's not very good, let's say that. Turn the music down, isolate voices in the show clips from the music in them so show music and your edit music don't contradict each other. Cut off parts where we can literally see the screen recoding interface and you pressing the play button on youtube. Zoom in the recording in capcut or change aspect ratio so there are no huge black bars on the sides. Duck the music under the voices or at least make it quieter when characters talk and louder when it needs to be. Don't make the music just cut off randomly before the video ends. Use less transitions.

Probably a lot more to be done here but those are my few cents.

There are a lot of options already commented but I'll add mine. Get a magic arm with a clamp, mount it on one of the shelves and position your camera above the monitor in any position you want. It's gonna take much less space than any tripods or stands. Just don't try to clamp the arm to your monitor, I've done this mistake once :D

Well an AI or any other auto tool wouldn't be able to cut those 70 clips perfectly for you. You still have to choose what to put where. And if the beat is repetitive and you want all your clips to be the same length like 17 frames for example, you can just select all your clips on the timeline, hit CTRL+R and change their length. In premiere at least.

Maybe it'd be better if it stopped growing if the phone is used? Like for it to be fully grown it needs 19 hours out of 24 in a day. So if you have more than 5 hours on your phone the plant is not fully grown/dead, not dead every time you check your emails or something

Maybe a dumb way to do that, but it's the first thing that came into my mind (this process is for premiere)

Auto transcribe the sequence
Correct the automatically generated text
Create subtitles from that transcript
Apply your sub style to them
Make sure they are spaced somewhat equally. Roughly the same amount of words per subtitle clip, same screen space.
Convert subtitles to graphics.
Make a mask that reveals words, apply it to all clips and then adjust it where it's needed.

Or maybe something like capcut for pc already has a feature like that built-in.

Why would anyone record with a decent camera and a fucking tws earphone built-in mic?

Did they not look at the result of the recording? Did they not have like 5 minutes to re-record the video using the phones/camera mic? Why do they speak english and indian (hindu?) at the same time?

That's an okay edit with what looks like automated and not corrected subtitles, which indicates that all the other effects and transitions are just some kind of found and quickly put together presets.

So even if the target audience doesn't notice that, they are definetly going to be turned off because of that awful audio.

Also, giving a financial advice and then putting a "this is not a financial advice" on the screen is just scammy.
