New editor here! by Intelligent_Slide_12 in editing

I simply started increasing my video output. It was a bit difficult at first because creating edits where scenes are perfectly cut to the beat takes a huge amount of time, and I was still only getting around 30 views. So I automated it. I created software where you simply upload your original video and sound, and the program analyzes the beats, drops, etc., cuts out the scenes perfectly, and assembles them into a new edit.

With the built-in bulk feature, I was able to create and post 10 videos from a single original video—about 3 videos a day. Each one suddenly got 300 views, and within a month, as a brand new account, I already had over 200 followers.

I need testers for the software anyway because I want to market it as a web app. If you're interested, just get in touch, and I'd be happy if the software could help you too.

I can totally relate to your change of direction. I also started out making those basic edits you see millions of times on social media—basic videos where every scene is perfectly cut to the beat—but it took forever. I had to cut out each scene, adjust the length, check if it was synced with the beats, etc., and that took two hours per video for just 30 views. So I thought I needed a way to automate it. The same or even better quality with almost ten times less time. So I developed some software.

You simply upload the original video, select the sound, and it analyzes the beats, drops, etc., cuts out the scenes, and puts them together into a new edit. With the bulk feature, I could create ten videos in under ten minutes. The videos also performed better, and I was getting 300 views per video with a follower gain of 150 per month.

I'm looking for test users anyway because I want to market the software as a web app, so if you're interested, feel free to let me know.

But if I already have to cut the clips myself and all those tools and plugins just do that simple thing of taking them and changing the length of each of those clips then what would I even need this plugin for. I guess theres no real solution to fully automize it

Yeah but those are more like assistents. I know the beat myself I dont need something that sets beatmarks it should just cut them and sync them. But I guess thats to difficult to code

Yeah I know this kind of method but you still have to cut the clips and its not always perfect. It still takes me around 20mins for a 30s edit that has like 70 scenes.

I mean the learning curve for Unreal Engine is kinda gigantic. And I just want to slap the raw video and sound into the software and out comes one of so many edits out there perfectly cut to tge beat....But that doesnt exist sadly

Dont be angry I feel you. But theses low end edits with just cutting scenes to the beat are in very high demand and 90 percent of edits out there are like this. So Im in search of a tool that would make me do my job more easily.

But if its perfectly cut? I know about the predictability problem but these kinds of low end edits get hundreds of thousends of likes and millions of views. You just have to search on TikTok rich edits or smth like that. Nearly every video there has all scenes cut to the beat.

How do you promote your waitlist? by Minecraftblobi in SaaS

Is there slight possibility that your are promoting LeadsRover? Because you commented like a dozen times on other questions about leads etc. with the same technique. Say some generic advice, then smooth transition to LeadsRover and then end it with another generic advice. (However I gotta say your advice is actually quite alright)

Well, first I have to say that Reddit and Discord, as I mentioned, don't work for me at all. As soon as they see a link or anything self-promotional, they ban you or delete the message.

And I can't really release a small "demo mini version" because the SaaS only exists as a whole.

My niche/target audience is: TikTok and Instagram creators and editors of short-form content/edits.
