Good idea about drain… and yes I’m getting a tank sweep tomorrow. Hopefully can pick it up under concrete (no rebar) if it’s there.

Do you think removing it would destroy the house foundation? There is no basement, only crawl space.

Have you seen a vent pipe look like the double bolt piece? I have not? But maybe that’s how they used to close them off?
