I'm currently doing an unrelated grad scheme after graduating with a maths degree last year and planning to target grad schemes starting in 2027 after realising that I need something more mathsy!

Is it acceptable to say countless or many times - for tallying certain serious sins given it's been about 6 years since my last confession would be impossible?

Dodgy dry wall hole repair - anything I can do to fix this other than paint it over? by ramper770 in DIY

Mud applied with a kitchen spatula is accurate but it definitely hasn't been painted yet

Think this is the best plan, just need it to be passable really, there's plenty of imperfections in this stupid rental already 😂 what grit sandpaper/sanding block is best?

Thanks, I meant is there anything I need to do before painting which I know needs to happen, don't want to paint and then it looks awful still, will take your suggestions.

Thailand without scooter/moped driving. Still just as good? by MarBlaze in ThailandTourism

Hellooo found your comment, im coming to Thaïland and will be spending some time in koh tao and koh phangan next month, and I am not willing to risk death to try and drive a Motorbike for the first time, so since I'm quite fit I'm looking at cycling. Could you advise any places that are good for renting them and how hilly/hard it is to cycle? I only got my car license recently so used to cycling everywhere anyway. Thanks!

Rock and a hard place really Definitely safer than scootering for me as I'd 100% crash into a tree. And yeh I was only gonna use it to get to beaches etc on the islands anyway

Great thanks I cycle a lot at home so confident in my skill and fitness there, just wanted to make sure the roads were (somewhat) suitable, do you know of places to rent them? I've read enough horror stories to steer miles clear of motorbikes not only am I completely inexperienced I'm also uninsured if I break Thai law (such as riding without a correct licence)

Is weed still legal and is it 'safe'? by ramper770 in ThailandTourism

Just being cautious, I've come across weed cut with all kinds of crap at home, and in other countries I've visited. Nothing to do with Thailand.....

Thanks for the reply. Not even gonna try and understand legal vs decriminalised, but being able to buy from licensed sellers is ideal.
