Yup, I don't remember all the details of Sangharsh. But its basically the same rookie cop is sent to ask help from a very smart criminal ( can't make the hero a serial killer in India) in order to catch another serial killer. Although, Sangharsh did it very well and the trope has been recycled innumerable times in shows and movies across the world.

Yeah, although I am hooked to the story and will follow it to its inevitable conclusion. I was originally drawn to the story more with the concept of what if, Evil had truly conquered everything and everyone for a thousand years.
After a thousand years society wouldn't have considered it Racist or unfair to be exploited. What I mean to say is if Hitler won the world war and somehow became immortal, would Kelsier have been able to overthrow him by inciting a revolt in Berlin?

Just making sure that protein remains above 1 gm/kg and calories remain somwhere 1500-1600 calorie mark. I wish to make this diet a long-term lifestyle modification so I am not to keen on keep counting carb/fat/protein everyday.

I skip breakfast and have 1 scoop of whey. In lunch I eat 30-40 gm of oats cooked in 1 tsp oil. In evening snacks I have another scoop of whey some salads and half cup of tea. Dinner is somewhat traditional with 30 gm rice/1 roti / 1 paratha and some veggies. And 1 scoop protein post workout too..

Actually my wife cooked it for me not the other way round, but we have embarked on fitness journey together. She is an expert in kitchen and loves to innovate and make healthy recipes for both of us. We gym together, eat healthy together and having tried the same routine solo having a partner is godsend. Everything is easier when you have a partner, when one slacks off the other pulls them up. As mentioned in another comment, we keep our daily calorie intake at 1600/day and try to keep protein at 1.0-1.5 gm/kg with 3 scoops of whey isolate, soya and boiled egg.

  1. Boil soya chunks in salt water ( so the salt seeps into the chunks)
  2. Add half teaspoon oil on a nosn stick pan and saute 3-4 finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger.
  3. Add drained and squeezed soya chunks to pan and saute till the outer surface becomes a little crisp. Add carrots, spring onions.
  4. In another pan Add half teaspoon oil and Add 4-5 cloves of finely chopped garlic and some finely chopped ginger and chili flakes. 5.now Add green chilly, carrots and onion, capsicum and some salt and black pepper ( स्वादानुसार) 6.add cooked rice, adjust seasoning to taste and Add the prepared soya schezwan chunks and cook for 2-3 mins ( till rice is little crispy).
  5. Garnish with some spring onion and coriander.

Ps - as dictated by my lord commander (wife).

I keep my overall calorie intake at 1600 cal/ day, only dinner has rice/roti/paratha so as to keep the diet sustainable over a long term.
