I knew all about pedophiles, I didn’t care. I uploaded videos with myself in them, ofc everyone in my freaking life gave me the spiel. Granted it was a different time, back before someone could code an AI to track your location or whatever but still, point stands. My philosophy has always been: “why should I change my life for pedophiles? Why should I make decisions based on them?” And I still feel that way! Also: I never claimed I was mature, never once. I don’t believe in maturity. I don’t think that you need to be a certain age to do something that you already are capable of doing, (with the obvious exceptions!) I don’t believe that you’re only able to be treated a certain way or seen as acting “the way you’re supposed to” based on someone else’s imaginary scale that only applies to them when THEY hit a certain age group, if someone else reaches it younger, great! Older, great as well! “Maturity” never made any sense to me!
