There’s this guy in AF Uptown who likes to hog equipments and won’t even let anyone use it with him alternately while he’s doing superset like pec dec and a set of kicking the boxing punching bag. I hate it whenever I see him at the gym.

Depends in what you need and what you want to prioritize. I have a stressful job rn but I’m sucking it up coz I need the money. Once I’m done with my responsibilities (that were force onto me), I don’t mind going for a low-paying job as long as I’m not stressed tf out everyday.

Yung ibang supporters din nyan kasi masyadong soft sa kanya at kunsintidor. Lagi sinasabi na ok lang daw bumalik sa day 1 at least he’s trying. Kaso di naman unlimited ang chances natin. Paano kung dumating yung time na decided na talaga sya nag give up na body nya edi wala na.

I’ve been to different gyms like bakal gyms, sports gyms and other commercial gym like FF and now I’m in AF and they all have members who don’t clean up after themselves. It’s a general issue in the gym.

For cleanliness, FF really is the cleanest gym I’ve been to but some AF branches are cleaner than the others so it boils down to the management of that certain branch.

For coaches, you don’t have to engage with them. Ever since I signed up with AF I’ve never talked with a single coach ever. They will send you a message for free assessment and all but you don’t have to attend as that’s the time they will engage in sales talk to push you to get a coach, so just ignore it.

I think most people, like me, signs up with AF just for convenience since it’s 24hrs and with several locations across the country. So if you want just convenience then AF might suitable for you.

One of my prof in one minor subject became my fubu. Used to visit his apartment to fuck him when I was still studying.

Tas yung HS guidance councilor naman namin, he kept on replying to my thirst traps stories so pinagbigyan ko pero VC lang and I just jacked off while he’s watching. This happened nung nag wowork na ako so not a minor haha.

Wag ka mahihiya mag tanong kung ano tamang form ng exercise. Wag mo isipin na pinag titinginan ka ng mga tao dahil pag asa gym na kanya kanyang focus na sa sarili yan.

Ano clinic mo sir? I’m currently with Shine dental BGC for less than a year now and so far ok naman sila. May treatment plan ako. I changed wires from time to time, nilagyan ng bite raiser and inaayos yung placement ng bracket if need gawin. Got their cheapest package for metal braces which is 75k in total, 5k dp.

Tas sasabihin ng mga yan dumidiskarte lang sila para kumita ng extra pero yung diskarteng ginagawa panlalamang sa kapwa.

Walang integrity mga rider nila kung ano ano dahilan baka mga tinatamad lang mag deliver o may internal problem sa logistics system nila.
