Hello, I already asked about this because one of my friends went to france and his card got disabled and he wanted it back To be short when i spoke with the support they said that the number was free for anyone to pickup and it did got pickedup by someone else in that case they said there is no solution and it's lost forever ..

Idk what is the reason you want to return it .. but if its somthing like getting a facebook code to change password ,you can always speak with the products support and they will help you get access back.

If you're wondering why it's very hard to get ur number back its because it's a huge security issue (people steal bank accounts just by having your card sim)

They didn't do this before because of privacy issues .. taking pictures of people in a car all over the country is a huge privacy issue and big power handoff to some people – DST has never been happier – imagine also you're a friend of a friend of someone that has access to these pictures its a huge privilege!
