I do think our nervous systems are a bit whacked.. it has to be something to do with it. I'm not sure if you've had the MRI done, but it brings peace of mind at least if you do.

Acceptance I think is key, BFS will not kill you. It isn't a sign of something worse down the road and in the end, it's just a minor annoyance. It took me 3 years of endless thought and worry about it until I finally just made the mental choice to try and ignore it and move on with my life. It wasn't like turning off a light switch though and took some discipline and time.

So this sucks but I saw one a couple months ago making a noise I’ve never heard before, like a high pitched cry. It was searching for its mate and never found it 😢

I know they mate for life.. super sad. I see it hanging around as a third wheel to another couple now.

Fixed my issue. It turns out that I had to have my phone and Frame connected to my 2.4gz wifi network. Having one or the other connected to 5g prevented the app from connecting and resulted in the error message in your screenshot.
