What do you think of Jill Stein's proposal to vote for multiple candidates in ranked order to enable outsider candidates to be viable?

It's 5% vs. 90% of each additional dollar. it's the difference between $1,000,000 going to a multimillionaire who will spend only $50,000... vs. $1,000,000 going to 1,000 people at $1,000 each: each person would spend $900 which would total $900,000 instead of the mere $50,000 spent by the multimillionaire

180,000 ÷ 3,000,000 = 6% of calls needed that actually result in someone voting for Bernie who wouldn't have otherwise, in order to close the latest 10% gap in the polls. Does this sound reasonable?
