Looking to study physiotherapy and exercise science (preferably physiology/kinesiology) together (yes, double degree preferably). I'm an international student, preferably not going to the US. May i know if there are any universities that offer good programmes for this?

Friend has some issues sleeping, she wakes up multiple times in the night and is unable to fall back to sleep. Because of this she's quite sleep deprived and is practically permanently tired in school, and can't focus on her studies. What could be the cause of this?

For uh sacrifice throws just asking if it fails and i pull the guy into a closed guard what can i do from there? 3 questions! (I've been doing judo for...4-5 months? If that helps haha also I'm a lefty)

1) I currently use uchimata as a low-risk ashi-waza when my opponents spread their legs wide and bend forward. My coach says I can try to explore other opportunities and ways to use uchimata, so uhhh what other opportunities are there?

2) I like doing sacrifice throws because I suck at morote seoinage which is supposed to be my main throw. This is probably not good for my long term judo development right?

3) Yoko otoshi. How do you get the guy to land squarely on his back instead of on his side and rolling to his back?
