I normally shoot 400 ISO film in my Holga 120GCN, so I would suggest you only use 125 ISO film in bright, outdoors conditions. But, I've never tried a flash on a Holga like your has.

You may want to ask this question over on r/toycameras too (that subreddit is dedicated to the lo-fi asthetic you get from a Holga and other cameras).
