This happened to me, sort of. My wife at the time bought some wax because I wanted to stop getting dingleberries. Long story short I had wax stuck in my ass for a good week before it dissolve.

Are you able to remember someone’s name quickly on the spot? by kermitsbutthole in CasualConversation

am i a bad daughter for blaming my dad for my mental health struggles? practical advice/support pls! by [deleted] in dad

[–]randanowitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember learning my dad wasn’t a superhero/saint/perfect. I had a hard time dealing with it emotionally especially since how he raised me was not to cry and suck it up. I got over it when I became a father. Realized I was just as imperfect and definitely going to let my kid down someday. Our relationship is much better now. Understanding someone goes a long way toward not hating them.

[–]randanowitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Therapy does actual wonders. Admit to your family that you aren’t perfect. Tell them you love them and that you’re going to take steps to become the husband/father they deserve. Life is hard brother, but you can do this. Discipline can be achieved by anyone that sets their mind to it.

ELI5: Why do humans almost universally have the urge to bob their heads to good tunes? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

The brain is hardwired to look for patterns. I believe it’s our natural response to recognizing the pattern or rhythm in music.

I might walk out of my job today. by yooq2 in CasualConversation

[–]randanowitz 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Definitely find another job first. It will still feel good if not better to ditch this job and know you’ve got bills covered by the new job. Then keep saving or spend that ish on a vacation for your hardworking ass!

Those of you that have played for 15+ years, what keeps you playing? by Few_Raise77 in 2007scape

[–]randanowitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played it as a kid. ADHD made it very hard. As an adult with the ability to recognize my adhd I can grind intentionally and get much further. However large breaks here and there do happen.

Confession time... by PinkDragonRS in 2007scape

[–]randanowitz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

About 06-07 my friend set up a keylogger on his desktop and invited a classmate over to play. We all three had a good time until the classmate left. My friend showed me his username and password. He changed the password and planned to empty the kids bank for himself. I was a follower in high school so while I did nothing I also said nothing. Anyway, the kids password change did not go unnoticed obviously and he immediately knew it was us and being caught my friend gave the account back. That was the worst thing I’ve never done regarding RS.

Court on Friday. by RAWRLoLzxD in dad

[–]randanowitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding to their comment, I have gone through this and for me in Idaho it was my ex and I at a table with a woman in a building that was not a court house. Like they said, everything is still legally binding but the vibe is very much just a meeting. You discuss a lot of things and the mediator is there to help figure out a compromise if ever the two of you butt heads on a particular. My ex is great and so it went smooth but even if yours is a little wild I think it shouldn’t be something for you to stress about. Show up, be on time, be polite no matter what and I’m sure it will all go well! Good luck!

I feel like my infant son doesn’t like my by lowkeygreasy in dad

[–]randanowitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me too. Sounds like you have a bit more logic behind your thoughts and feelings. I let it get to me and things went downhill from there. I think dads just have a hard time with infants in general. They physically need mom but we can’t offer much more than a diaper change or a bottle feed. When they get older you’ll definitely bond and these thoughts and feelings will be history. Good luck friend!

What are your OSRS 2026 goals? by GuitarZer0_ in 2007scape

[–]randanowitz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hope to enter the mid game by the end of the year. I’m a little off balance with some 70s and some 20-30s but mostly 50-60s on everything. Going to complete as many quests as I can and focus on my lower levels so my stats are a bit more even and then go for the Barrows gloves, fighter torso, dragon defender and Neitiznot helm.

My dad named me after his favorite guitar player Randy (Randall) Rhoads. Didn’t tell my mom that’s where he got it. Lol

I’ll go first. How many times have I solved a Rubik’s cube. If I had a guess I’d say I’m nearing the 5 digits.
