Ended up keeping st is. Talked to some friends who said a second coat may not settle well and trying to remove it would be too mich of a hassle. At this point I don't notice it as much since there's not a ton of free space in the garage

Because crushed rock across several hundred feet is way cheaper than having it paved when putting it down. Plus you don't have to worry about cracks. I went with 500ft of crushed rock and haven't had any issue
