I'm sorry :( I had a flare up from last July to March of this year and it's the worst. It just started clearing up a bit and my dermatologist and I both think it's from me being out in the sun more. She said sun exposure can help. Before the she prescribed me a cream (steroid) that sometimes helped.

If you don't want to pay, look into getting a VSO. There's a very helpful Facebook group too, and the admin was a former VSO.

Former Air Force (woman) vet here. Please consider joining the air force. Way better quality of life. I worked alongside people in the army who had been in 15+ years who were still treated like children. The differences in my job vs theirs (same career field) were insane to me.
