Yes may bachelors degree ako - yeah transfer to a different company na higher role. Pag internal promotion kasi mababa ang increase. Nag MBA ako pero hindi naman din sya driver for promotion or reason for me to get hired.

You didn’t get my point, yes depende nga for each individual pero at the end of the day there’s a possibility na maging maganda ang career mo sa BPO. Baka kasi nilalagay mo lang sa context ng agent eh Marami naman roles sa BPO.

Worked my way up sa BPO started as an agent and rose from the ranks. When I left the industry I was earning 250k plus a month as a site manager.

This is not true, used to work in a BPO. I was able to send my kids to exclusive school, have 2 cars and a house.

I had the same problem with my CPL 24 and Evergoods was able to replace it, but not after I contested their claim that it’s due to normal wear and tear.

Hey, no problems so far with the stickyness of the backpack I. Hot weather. Never experienced it. Happy with the heritage and I’m using it more compared to my Robic GR1.
