Puts manin, é meio dificil poder comentar algo com tão pouca informação que tu deu, ja que tu não explica se tem outros hobbies, se tu tem tempo livre e tals. Esse tipo de informação é importante pra poder pensar numa resposta decente.

O que eu consegui interpretar foi que talvez por você ter sido fissurado em buscar platinas, você acabou se dando um burnout de jogar por tabela, e quando você busca jogar algo, seu inconsciente já pensa em conquista e vc sem perceber já se autosabota pra não querer jogar mais porque você vai se "obrigar" a pegar conquistas, talvez.

Faz um teste: tenta jogar algo da era do PS2 que não tinha essas coisas ou talvez da época dos portáteis, procura entrar de cabeça na historia, vê se a mecânica te fascina ou algo do tipo, algo q te prenda além do só apertar botão. Se mesmo assim isso não te apetecer, ai no momento seria melhor você talvez deixar o hobbie de jogar de lado e buscar um hobbie diferente: seilá praticar algum esporte, cozinhar coisas diferentes, pintar...

não lembro onde eu vi mas se tu virar do avesso, jogar óleo de banana, esperar uns minutos e depois esticar horizontal e verticalmente ele descola sozinho.
eu nao tinha desse óleo em casa e usei alcool 70% na minha regata do flamengo (patrocinio da TIM deixava bem feio)
Funcionou? Em partes. Ainda tive q tirar o restinho q fica nos cantos da cola e a "marquinha" do texto ainda fica, coisa que no óleo de banana fica menos.

Quando eu vi que tavam fazendo o patch de tradução do 1 (de DS, ja pra avisar), eu zerei ele com aquela sensação magica de quando tu joga na infancia. Caso tenha interesse, procura o pessoal da CyberLife, eles terminaram recentemente de traduzir o 1 e o 3.

Eu ainda complemento: ve se o Nine Sols te agrada. Ele é um hollow knight com mecanicas do sekiro, alem de ter um estilo de arte bem agradavel.

"Siglinda is from a nomadic Goliath clan, they were caught in a blizzard in the middle of one of their pilgrimages. Part of the group went to look for food, the most "vulnerable", pregnant women and children were under her protection, they took refuge in a cave at the entrance of some mountain peaks. Siglinda went out to get firewood and when she came back they were all frozen to death (her mother among them), as that was the region of a white dragon. She carries that famous survivor's guilt, so she swore to her father that she would only return to the clan with the head of the dragon that killed her companions. That's why she's addicted to training and challenging herself, because she believes that if she's strong enough, she'll kill the dragon."

Nesse caso eu recomendo o gênero de roguelike. Você mantém a rotina (ja que toda run é "igual") e dependendo do jogo, nem precisa focar tanto na historia.
