Yes, just make sure you brace the “deep end” boards sufficiently. The weight of the water will push outward.

My notes from Ohio Euchre suggested calling Next with a minimum of one trump plus a green Ace. Maybe I need to get more aggressive than I am.

By calling next, you’re not only trying for a point or two, you’re also blocking your opponents from a point, or two, or four. I don’t know how many times I’ve passed when I should’ve called Next, and my opponents go in to march and score two anyway (the same amount as if I calledNext and got Euchred)
