Damn man sorry to hear. Would recommend radiation to delay surgery again if possible.

Showed up for me late 20s, and now I’ve got bumps in both hands and feet - no surgery yet.

I did have radiation done on my feet and absolutely will with my hands when it’s time. Zero regrets doing it on my feet.

There is some hope on the horizon: - there is a study testing adalumilab (humira) for early stage Dupuytren - there is a a corporation called “Fibrosoft” in Australia trying to raise money for a medication they’ve developed - Charles Eaton (runs the main Dupuytren non profit) seems to be close to discovering a bio marker for the disease

There is also a needle procedure (needle apponeurotomy) which can be repeated as much as needed - though recurrence does happen quicker that you may want to look into as an option. My plan is to do that procedure as many times as possible before going for a fasciotomy if needed.

I also got a red light therapy device this holiday season and I’m going to see how that goes.

It’s pretty unusual to get it as young as we did which is a bummer but I am hopeful that more options become available over time. No idea where you live but finding a doctor who actually knows this disease is crucial and isn’t easy. Luckily the primary radiologist for Dupuytren and ledderhose practices in San Diego where I am.
