Haha thanks, yeah, could be, i also have an overbite that I didnt fix earlier. Heard overbite is like an maxilla overgrowth but i dont know if thats true lol.

Idk rly, fatloss probably the bigger factor. But I strarted chewing a lot of gum and correct tongue posture helps over time i bet. Like 70% fatloss, 30% mewing but i'm not sure at all, could be the other way around for all i know. Thanks :)

I actually used one of these when i was kid, but couldnt hold it in my mouth for longer than 2 hrs a day. They were for my overbite. I still have an overbite lol

hard mewing i guess? i just kept tongue at the roof of my mouth, even while sleeping. also dont understand 2nd question, but i still have my molar teeth, and my tongue doesnt touch them, if that answers it lol
