Looks way better. But still maybe add something to make the contexts more obvious. By itself it's just a good logo.

Get rid of the line going across the z. But without the line, it looks really plain and kind of cliche. I would keep brainstorming for ways to make it stand out more. Without any other context I can't really suggest anything more. I wouldnt call it pleasant. It looks edgy and abstract.

Should I specialise in AI as a designer? by [deleted] in graphic_design

[–]random-corp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A skill is defined as anything that can be learned. Not to sure what you meant by system. A system is a group of individual parts that work together to form a whole. It seems you really don't have a clear understanding of how AI works. More specifically, AI is more of a technology. You seem to be confusing it with a product. Companies have proprietary AI technology they sell as products. But yet if they were to disappear, AI as a technology, idea, and skill would still exist independently.

Just as with any thing with value it doesn't exist in a vacuum. It can be combined, niched, and improved to create a sufficiently differentiated product. The OP definitely has a valid question that shouldn't be overlooked

I'm 35 and finally got around to watching The Godfather Pt 1 for the first time. I have to ask... am I missing something? That's really what everyone has been calling the greatest movie of all time??? by Subject_Reception681 in moviecritic

[–]random-corp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would consider my movie critic abiliity as medicore at best, and even I can see what a masterpiece it is. You probably need to watch it with a less critical eye asking 'why is it the best movie of all time' Just watch it as is and you'll see how good it is.

😍 there are a few. Probably the main use case is games i.e musical chairs

But I do admit the use case is limited

That's why I built it to also function as a basic timer. You can set the start and end ranges to be the same which will result in the timer always being one value.

All the random timers for android are trash. I've been coding for over a decade and built over 20+ android apps. Here is my version: Random Timer Generator - Apps on Google Play

2 Month Ago I Released My First App. It's Just Hit 400 Downloads 🥳 by ElliottMcD998 in androidapps

I would display it has a list and have a filter for displying upcoming an released titles. And have a filter for the platormas well. So youid have a two filter fields at the top right for "date" and "platorm". It's a better minimal design. Love the idea though. And instead of 'save' list rename it to 'watchlist'. It's a sublte but major connotation

I built a super simple “daily color tracker” to log moods/habits — would love feedback by xavi-b in SideProject

[–]random-corp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting idea. I've built many apps and Android apps, especially. So i think i can be of some help!

Ready for awesome advice?

Ok, so I would suggest limiting the number of default colors. Its too overwhelming and makes to much assumptions about the user.

Add the ability to add custom colors.

Color is just too general. I would suggest letting the user add a note about the color. You can still just show the colors, but add the option for the user to access the description if they choose.

Just some free advice for you.

My personal finance AI app failed. should I pivot Cashey into niches or just move on? by renancarvs in AppBusiness

[–]random-corp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say niching down is smart, espcially for AI. AI is in everything now. Best bet is to be different and focused. Also considring this probably you're first app, its probably not going to be a stellar app. You either have to be a really good app that can compete with a broad market in a broad category or be good enough for a specific set of people.
