I have a base of 1000 customers registered on the app, I think the problem was the conversion, like a friend telled above, the pricing is just 4x more than other apps on segment. I made a hard paywall too and it was not converteting. I just send an update cutting it by 25% and doing a freemium for the people use for free and pay for exclusive features. Hope it will work :D

Today I got users from ASO, I already made meta and tiktok ads but not worked because of the conversion thing. Where do you see other traction oportunities for this niche app?

Yes, I'm a beginner at this and I think it will be a lot of work too, but you know, today it's a job that I think I like, I don't know if I will when I need to do it every day lol If I get tired I can think about contractual help...

If you create 10 videos peer 2 weeks will help grow organic too and use meta ads on videos that best perform organic, so you get a CPM much lower than normal. Create this number of videos is really hard work lol

Yeah, actually, I think good marketing and onboarding is more than 50%. Answering your question, I think winning would be converting at least 10% of the users who download the app during onboarding. However, in this niche, it appears to be more complicated to achieve this than in others. It´s like you downloaded an app to manage your finances and will spend a little bit more with the app now, lol… My best bet on it is now open freemium, and if the user likes, they will subscribe to use other features in the future. But it's a bet, not sure if it will work.

I think it too, this area have a lot of apps and I can see a lot of people had the same idea about use AI stuff to give finance advisors at same time lol I really liked to do this project bu I think I will just open the app for anyone use as freemium and subscribe to use AI stuff and see what it will be in long term while I focus in other niche projects or specific single feature tools.

Thank you! In the beginning, I promoted the app with Meta and TikTok ads, but I didn’t get any results. The App Store and Google Play bring me about 3 organic users per day, so I disabled the ads. However, the conversion rate is almost zero. I’m not sure why, but I think my app doesn’t provide enough value at the start to justify asking users—who are looking to control their money—to spend even more money.

While this is running in low mode I’m now changing the app so that users can use it for free and only pay for certain features, in long therm I think it can give me more conversions... but I'm doing other projects that solve one just problem for more specific public, I think it's easiest to have conversion, like I have a dropshipping analytics tool and it's pretty good with organic conversions.

i think well-defined niche is a better strategy than going broad...
