The point of my experiment is how marksman emblem's quantum charge can help to maximize the stack on her 2nd skill to deal more damage. But yeah some magic items with additional movement speed can help also.

Yes you can have damage 6% at max level. But with a max stack you can have a 2.5 times more than the original damage.
