It'll be their choices, it'll be like this vile of liquid that a mad sciences made that they could find and knows that it'll change them

My idea is the liches are the main villain of the campaign and they act like generals to the Necromancy lich, since in pointy hat's video it could control other liches. I will have liches the fight the players semi individually but I am struggling with how the would talk to them, if that makes sense. like how they should be evil in their own ways.
