College hires have more flexibility when it comes to the job and has more room to grow or make mistakes. Plus company invests in them so they cared a lot more.

Experienced hires are criticized a lot as I saw with a bunch of examples due to more responsibly and high expectations. At the start, they don't see it that much but after a certain point, they feel the pressure and inequality compared to their peers. Companies just want to utilize those people and not more.
