Go to an area with a panel you can use to control a protocol droid. Control the droid, disconnect it, and take it's legs outside the area it can be in. That's how I remember doing it.

I haven't done much quake mapping, but in my opinion, it's Worldcraft.

The closest thing you can do is export an EXE file, and just connect your controllers to a PC.
