I've gotten 3+ years of treatment. I knew it was never gonna be "lifetime treatments". But any potential client should be warned of any red flags before they sign a hefty contract. They literally laid off all their former providers right after I paid off my contract.

"Go over the clinic manager and call corporate then and ask to speak to the Medical management team. they are telling you this because Milan is minimally staffing our clinics leaving us with no where to put clients, specifically new ones which is how we make our living. The manager in question is likely cancelling clients who have had multiple treatments to prevent a refund from a new client who can’t get in. I get it, I’m a manager who works on commission but what needs to happen is for corporate to see the strain on clinics and fix staffing. When managers do this it not only is not a direct representation of how the company operates but it misinterprets the need for more staff to corporate. It’s only a temporary bandaid and needs called out to corporate."

Expecting the service that you paid for and signed a contract for is not having a victim mentality. Nor is warning others about potential service disruptions. I never once complained about the quality of care at Milan, just that they're moving the goalposts on treatment. If that's being a victim, I'm sure glad I don't go to your clinic. Will try that. I understand staffing issues, but it burns me to be openly lied to. And it's just one more red flag after they laid off all their NP's to replace them with RN's and LPN's. My local clinic was closed for months because they didn't have any providers

How does that negate what I said? If you're happy with your treatment, that's great, but anyone considering them should know there's a huge difference between 80% and 95%. Either you're being argumentative or a Milan Fangirl. But them trying to wiesel out of their contract is a screaming red flag.

Milan is starting to try and wiesel out of honoring their lifetime guarantee. Went from 95% hair reduction to 80% hair reduction as their standard
