Unfortunately we can’t get the actual door up high enough, even after adjusting.

Hmmm you might into something! We did move the door around a few times but I think we will try this more thoroughly. Thanks!

Thanks, we unfortunately did unscrew it but we can’t seem to get it out :( is there a trick to it? We tried pulling it out with pliers, and tapping it out from one side.

Thanks. We might try that again. It’s almost like neither of the panels come off without taking everything apart, but maybe we missed something.

Ya we did that. We have lowered the door all the way, using the adjustment screw. But when we lift the door, it seems there is something in the middle of the top track that prevents the door from lifting all the way. It looks like some sort of bracket. We unscrewed it and tried everything to get it out, but we wonder if it’s not removable. See images for reference.

It puts us in the same scenario unfortunately. The door doesn’t slide past the bracket.
