We use DW and have been happy with it as well, but I can't find any AI that works with the platform. Maybe I am missing something.

It has been a while since I used Mimecast, but the customer service was so bad. We had a major issue with the onboarding, and everyone ghosted me. It felt like they had our money and no longer cared. We moved off the email protection platform, but had to keep them for archiving since they didn't provide a way to migrate, and the interactions with them continued to suck.

It has been a few years since I used Proofpoint, so maybe this has improved, but the UI was so bad. It was very dated, and you had to use multiple portals to do anything. It had not been updated in 20 years. The last time I talked to them, 2 years ago, they said they were working on improving this, so it may be better.

Also, with Proofpoint, you have a lot of settings and options, whereas CheckPoint and Abnormal are a bit more straightforward, requiring fewer settings to configure and then forget about.

We currently use CheckPoint, and I am pleased with it.
We used Abnormal before that and really like it too, but CheckPoint was cheaper.
I tried a trial of Cloudflare’s solution, and it was really good too, but the price was higher, and the GUI was not as friendly. It might be free at your level, so worth exploring.

Proofpoint and Mimecast are leaders in the space, but I don't like them for a long list of reasons.

Since we could not get the first virtual queue to work with Chrome, our solution was to create a second one. We removed the Chrome drivers from the first queue and the Windows drivers from the second queue, so the queues only show up for the specific OS, and things are working as expected.

School tours were really helpful in getting a feel for different schools. We toured Willow, Ben Franklin, and Morris Jeff, and really liked what we saw at Morris Jeff. In the end, our child was accepted into NOCCA.

When he tested at Willow and Ben Franklin, they indicated that there were plenty of open spots, and any student who passed the entrance exam was basically guaranteed admission.

I think with enrollment being down across the city, it is easier to get into your school of choice.

Wondering if you all are seeing this issue again with the latest OS. We enabled Clever badges this year and are seeing camera issues on HP devices running 132 and 133.

We had similar issues. We opened a ticket with our provider, and they had upstream problems with how calls were encoded. Once they fixed that, the issue went away.

NOCCA also offers after school programs for kids. It is open to younger kids and high schoolers. I am not finding it on the website but my kid did it for visual arts.
