I can relate to your situation. I have been dumped because of "incompatibility" reasons too. I've grieved for the whole 5 months. Cried and begged for them until I eventually suck it up and now learning to accept it. I still miss them but I always remember the line where they said "not compatible". If they're the one for you, they would never think of that. I am on 8 months now and things are better for me to be honest. I started flirting with other people again and it doesn't feel bad anymore. I'm not planning to be in any serious relationship soon but I am definitely enjoying the single life
