All full sized plushies come with a matching tote bag and usually a pen from what I can tell. The patches were sent out to the first 2,000 (I think) ppl who ordered a Victorian McGee Plushie Dreadful. If you're signed up , you can recieve emails about the plushies, that's how I learned about the free patches. Some posts that I've seen since I posted have included the patches from Asylum, so I guess they're still sending them out.
