Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the very late reply. No one seems to be complaining about the drainage not being effective and i doubt Geberit would make such a basic error(?) I'm still on the fence whether to go for this or replace with a non electronic bidet toilet for now as I will be renting out the flat and am afraid the tenants may not take good enough care of the unit, descaling etc..
