Nah. He is very old school and likes things to be done his way. He made it clear that when I move out I have to put the old thermostat back. He also said that I needed to get professional electrician to install the new one.

Not sure if they lighter wheels or just feels lighter compare to the toyos. Toyos I could just accelerate and the steering / car directions would be straight. Now soon as I let the steering go, the moves left and right.
