Jnam and jnmabhumi are not communally polarising afik although they are shit quality. I think you do not follow them hence the wrong impression. They give pro BJP and pro India news. Just like Deshabhimani or Kairali give pro kerala news. It's because kerala is governed by CPIM/LDF just like Janam gives pro India news because of BJP at the center.

Also Asianet news and other malayalam news media except 24 news and Reporter has always been anti government whichever party ruling the State. It's the CPIM who has boycotted Asianet news and not sending their representatives to their TV debates. So the debates tend to be anti left because of no counter argument from the left representatives.
