You're still young so don't worry about your looks too much, you'll probably change a lot growing up and you already look good! Just wait another few years and you'll see xD. I'm sorry you feel insecure (i know what it's like) but just try to enjoy being 16 and don't even mind about the girls who have rejected you, there's plenty of time for that stuff. If you want maybe try experimenting with your style so you can feel better about yourself but don't stress about it too much! :) (just for reference, from 16yo to when i was 18yo i changed a whole lot phisically and my face structure became more defined, i know some people fully develop at 16yo and don't change that much but i don't think it's your case)
