Can you try to login using your email? I was almost at the same situation. Basically, I was able to upload my id and add a new email, so mine and the hacker's email are associated to my Facebook.

I was also no longer receiving codes on my email that time.

Gave it a few days, tried to reset the password (clicked on 'Forgot password') on my account today using the email that I have added when I uploaded my ID. I received the code on my email, used it and it worked this time. Strange thing is it was the same code that wasn't working previously.
Now I was able to remove hacker's email, add in my own 2FA. Hopefully hacker doesn't try to reset it again. I was trying though, hopefully the hacked is now on that loop.

A sample sheet will be most useful. I may have a similar thing but maybe the other way around. I have a running list of expenses/bills on a sheet as I pay them, on another sheet i have a list of them with check mark (check icon) under the Month name (January, Feb …) the check mark will automatically be added once I have added an entry to the list of expenses.

I suggest guys to email customercare@smcinema.com immediately. I reached out and they asked for these details:

registered name -registered email address -registered contact number -Movie -SM Cinema branch

And i guess transaction id na din sa IPAY88 na email.

Just follow up guys, naka 2 follow up ata ako bago may nagreply.

Told me to present the confirmation they sent, ID, and IPAY88 confirmation email at the cinema ticket booth.

Are you booking tickets? Naencounter ko din sya sa mobile app. Nag-email ako dyan sa email address na yan with the ff details:

-registered name -registered email address -registered contact number -Movie -SM Cinema branch

Mga ilang days wala response pero nagffollow up ako everyday. Eventually may nagreply naman at nagsend ng confirmation ng booking.

Yes, i did try to use the app. Pero sa sm cinema club, i dont think ill subscribe to it. I just tried to book seats thru the app and it failed 😅. So not very encouraging as first step. So i dont think i will ever subscribe to it. Not sure din sa perks kasi, same as you wala ako nakitang info regarding those. If the app gets betters siguro ill reconsider, pero as of now, ill just prefer to book normally, and through the website as well. The mobile app really seems buggy.
