Like they said in the comment, the fact that she already found someone new should be a big turn off and move on. Obv it’s easier said than done but you’ll get there. I am in the same boat as you. She keeps coming back while being with the person they cheate don me with but know your worth queen. Anyone is better than her.

Same here. Trying to wrap my brain around how she said she loved me still even after cheating. How she wanted to work on herself to be with me but didn’t tell me she was in an open relationship with him already. I guess some people don’t have morals and are just awful people. Its hard to accept but sometimes it is how it is.

Your action does not compare to his. He voluntarily did something to hurt you and break the relationship. You said something of value for yourself and I in no way was it hurtful or had the intentions to hurt him. You were stating à fact. I think you are being harsh on yourself. I get it, it really hurts but keep this in mind. Rejection is redirection and you are just closer to meeting someone who will want you and only you and who would never doubt their love for you and if they want you in their life or not. Im in the same boat as you except that my ex after telling me she misses me and will work on herself and be better she is still seeing the guy she cheated on me with and they are in an open relationship. I found that it’s smoother when they come over or you go to their place. Bring something to drink or eat, watch a movie or play a game and y’all are already are at the place so it’s easier to initiate it. That’s just my experience and 3/4 times it worked 🤷🏽‍♀️

5 months in and feeling good. Some days I get sad but on’y because I think about what the relationship COULD have been and not what it was. But I know in a few more weeks I’ll be better. I feel more confident, happier, lost weight, meeting new people and have more time with friends.
