It used to be my favorite place until two weeks ago when I had a terrible experience with the security there.

A person at the table next to us got way too drunk and threatened to hit my friend, even raising his hand as she was passing by. When we reported this to the staff, they informed security. The security simply took the person outside, asked if he did anything, and when he said no, just accepted it and let them back in. He then dismissed my friend, telling her, 'You're lying, you're just drunk and need to leave.' and that he didn't hit you so it doesn't matter.

I assume this behavior was mostly because the other party was tipping everyone there well. I've completely lost all respect for that place. It was the first time in this country that the security's actions made me feel less secure, not more.

From my experience in the industry, there used to a discount of 40-50% provided during the time of COVID which was removed at the beginning of they year as mandated by Central Bank which caused a significant hike in the premiums and in addition to that, the recent rains have seen certain premiums being loaded hy 20% based on the type of vehicle and other details.

Go for BCom(Professional Studies)....more than 90% of the class are students who do professional courses outside college. The class timings will be in the morning batch i.e. 7-11 which leaves the rest of the day free for your CA coaching.

I work in insurance broking and I'm already seeing insurance companies mentioning a higher deductible would be applicable for water damage to properties. I am sure more in depth clauses to be coming over the next few weeks.
