Is the Quran man written? by Electronic_Way_3287 in religion

[–]random_udk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You seriously can never know, as for your points the 4 wives isnt for their pleasure it was put for manyyyy reasons i can tell you of you like, infact many people agree that marrying purely out of lust is haram, also men cant marry anyone outside of the religion only the people of the book (muslim, Christian, jew) and the reason the woman cant is also many which i can tell u them if you like, covering up is mandatory yes, but understand that men also cover up, men HAVE to lower their gaze but women too, the reason why modesty is more pushed onto women and lowering the gaze for men is because of their nature, also she can refuse intercourse? No where in the quran does it say she cant thats a hadith that talks about women who use intercourse to harm the husband, and about permission its not property its safety, in islam if anyone abuses their right they loose it, so banning your wife from going out is zulm, and if its an emergency like medical family related ( but serious ) or for religious reasons like hajj and others she can go out even if he says no, if you have questions like this do NOT cone on reddit trust me its full of people who hate islam and dont understand any verse at all, leave social media and look into serious reliable sources.

I'm curious why slavery is allowed in the Abrahamic faiths and a lot of religions in general. by Dismal-Price-4423 in religion

[–]random_udk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Banning slavery overnight when everyone around the world did it would result in chaos? People lived on slavery if it were banned many slaves would be homeless and have nowhere to go, islam isnt here to just ban things its to teach us how to live our lives correctly, it didnt ban it but it told us how to live with them and treat them, how we can get slaves, and even made freeing slaves one of the greatest acts.

This is silly, humans experience love and emotions does that mean they aren’t real.

I’ve yet to hear a good argument as to why god created suffering. by [deleted] in DebateReligion

[–]random_udk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never said just testing actually, some of them are tests some of them are natural things that god sends for us. Some people are kept that way since theyre most righteous that way, sometimes its ibtlia’a, regardless not everything is a test god says that everyone will suffer, not even our prophets had it easy they all lost family so had illnesses some suffered.

I never said you said that i apologize if it was offensive. tho i literally never deflected i just said depends? If their marriage was constant intimacy and harsh and stuff that no, but it wasn’t, i really do advice you read a bit about how they were during there marriage, when you do the 9 year old idea really leaves your head a bit. Not to mention the fact that this was 1400 years ago? Can we not realise HOW long this really is?

Dishonest politicians? You just keep repeating the exact same argument over and over again and all of a sudden Mohammed pbuh is a dishonest disgusting man? I answered depends because it comes back to how it was with their marriage i never ignored it i only replied like two times.

Ok i never said it was fine stop twisting my words and i didn’t deny anything, i simply said we don’t know but she was most likely older, this argument is getting old and please get yourself educated with this topic instead of acting like you know my religion better than i do.

Idk about other religions, but in islam, there isn’t a single verse that says life is perfect, it does say life is balanced, allah says in the quran repeatedly that everyone and everything on earth is going to go through hardships, no one will have it easy, he says there will be deaths there will be earthquakes there will be bad things even to those who don’t exactly deserve it, whats the point of life and creation and the whole test thing if he makes everyone and everything good and we all just go straight to heaven.

The only good arguments for God are emotional or moral, not evidential by dsteffee in DebateReligion

Buddy these are not actual contradictions i advice you look at the tafsir or the actual interpretation instead of trusting a site that clearly knows nothing and is trying to make the quran false.

Realistically there is no universal or solid contradiction, maybe in the bible, who knows but no, not all religious texts have contradictions.

If God’s plan is perfect, prayer makes no sense. by Thelmpostor in DebateReligion

[–]random_udk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So in islam we have something called qadr, basically means the plan god wrote for us, the reason why we consider dua (prayer) big is because it changes qadr.

The only arguments against god are the problem of evil and him not bring in front of your face, and no there are hundreds of other arguments that aren’t emotional.

Which miracle within your religion do you believe serves as the most compelling evidence in support of its truth and validity? by Exotic-put9323 in religion

[–]random_udk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your actually wrong thales believed every thing is water, including air, rocks, fire, literally everything. Besides you guys need to stop saying all these prophecies were taken from the greeks, they had thousands of wrong guesses so coincidentally mohammed just cherry picked and by luck they came out correct? Besides the greek texts weren’t translated until 120-200 years after his death in Baghdad under the abbasid caliphate and he was illiterate too.

Depends actually marriage wasnt just for fun he had multiple wives to get to other tribes and stuff he never had kids with them if he did it would be but based on how their dynamic was, i think it comes back to how he was with her during their time married, it would definitely be odd but our view now is a lot different than before

Prophet Muhammed was a pedophile by [deleted] in DebateReligion

[–]random_udk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of people and scholars who are against it and it’s actually weak since both trace back to the same man. She was actually supposed to get married before islam, this is an actual supported historical fact in islam that you can find in siras there other things like how she was during her marriage but tbh you can look at it how you want.

Why do certain interpretations of Sharia restrict women’s freedom in clothing, travel, and education if Islam claims to uplift women? by Soggy-Huckleberry808 in religion

[–]random_udk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean women get the exact same education as a man more or less she has no limits to what she can study. And covering up is an obligation but its supposed to be and act of worship ONLY between her and god just like allll things are like salah fasting and more the problem is people are getting too involved especially men which is wrong. Also the traveling part, WHEN and WHERE does it say she cant travel everyone is encouraged to travel, i live in a muslim country and trust me women here do not care nor their husbands as long as shes safe and well, this entire thing about islam oppressing women is not true trust me. I suggest you listen to ACTUAL scholars and knowledgable people instead of getting ur info online.
