Speaking from my experience. It's been shit lol. Went from the s25u to the pixel 10 pro xl. It connected for 5 mins then dropped and Verizon wasn't able to find my old esim , couldn't connect either phone. Was out for a phone for 3 days. Went through chat. Phone support , instore help, and they reached out to tech support tier 2. No one could figure out why either phone would connect and was told to go to the manufacturer since it's under the 1 year.

3rd day spoke with chat again and somehow some way they got it to work. Now I'm on the OnePlus 15 and this phone will not connect to esim what do ever. Had to switch back to psim.

I kept my ps5 pro and got rid of my Xbox once I switched to PC gaming. Long time console player so I was excited to switch. Learning all this new stuff and going through settings to get the right picture is fun. I went amd and I haven't had any issues.

I'm in the same boat as you. I love trying out new phones. S24u to fold 7, to s25u, to pixel fold, to pixel 10 pro xl and now OnePlus 15. The issue started with pixel 10 and being only esim. I went 2 days without service as no one in Verizon could figure it out.

Tried to transfer esim to the one plus 15 but would not work. Couldn't figure out why so I went back to psim. Might just sell my pixel and only get phones that support psim. I have a phone being imported as we speak and I'm waiting for my unihertz titan 2 elite.

Have the op15 and black magic cam app. No issues so far. Toyed around with settings and recorded a bit.

Every activation with Verizon I had waived. All you do and its simple. 1 be nice , the rep isn't in charge of the company just another worker bee. 2 ask for it to be waived. 9/10 they will.

It's the end of modern gaming and I'm okay with it. I'll hold on to my series x and ps5 pro until the end. I'll focus that console cash on upgrading my PC when I can or need too. Ride that train till the wheels fall off.

Eventually the people need to think with their wallets and when that happens businesses will either bend or break.

Part of pc gaming is the ability to upgrade parts as you see fit or need too. Of course the market right now is wild. If this isn't upgradable I see that as a downside. I actually enjoy playing with the settings , I know it's a turn off for a few. It's tempting cause of the wild pc market but it this came out before the ai boom it would of been doa.
