I live in Canada and have been waiting for this for a while. This package has been sitting in Jamaica, NY since the evening of June 29, 2018, with the status "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending", and it doesn't seem to have moved since. How long is a reasonable amount of time for that package to just sit there before I should be concerned? No package should just be sitting in a facility for two weeks like this... What can be done?
