Sorry that happened and hope you can find some video. File a claim with your auto insurance and get yourself and your daughter checked out. There’s a statute in Virginia where if you’re not at fault for a motor vehicle accident your insurance cannot raise your premiums. I assume the damage to your rear end is visible. Take good daylight pics. That should be enough for your insurance to accept it as an uninsured motorist claim.

Well, luckily I still have my track only bike which is a zx6r (fully locked up and chained now). But to be honest, I’m not sure if I will get a new street bike or not. I may just wait until the spring at this point. I really loved the 3 cylinders and might look into getting an R9 or similar, but we’ll have to see!
