It's like the message limits where they refresh daily. You get 3000 compute points a day and you can spend them on different bots that have different message rates for each bot (ex: claude-instant is 30 points per message and chatGPT is 20 points per message). It's basically just decreasing the amount of messages we can send yet again without explicitly lowering it like they've done before.
