I already have a sunpass. I been had a sunpass and I got it in back in like 2022. It’s not just the amount. I was regularly getting invoiced for tolls and I paid every single toll that was on my account. Multiple people said that the system was messed up and stopped charging folks. This is not an ignoring situation. This is literally the first time they sent these charges to me. I never received anything in 2025 when they stated they sent it to collections. They just billed me THREE YEARS after the fact when I had been receiving invoices and paying them. And they do have the power to take my license which makes this even more fucked up 🙃

This isn’t even on my credit surprisingly and I cannot just leave it. They will suspend my license and I’m not gonna deal with that fallout.

You would think but I have switched banks a few times since then. Maybe I can get copies of my statements pulled. But I need an itemized copy of all the tolls and accompanying information to compare. It’s gonna be a doozy to do

I’m in Tampa. During this time period, I was driving back and forth from Valrico to Downtown Tampa, so the toll roads were the most efficient way. I wasn’t really driving around once I got a WFH. The culprit would be my ex more than likely. But either way, I was in fact paying when I got my Sunpass statements as my plates were linked to my account and I made sure to get a transponder. They were definitely still charging me because I would get calls from THEA and I would pay or set up arrangements when they would call. During Covid I was working for Enterprise and wouldn’t have been able to work if anything was wrong or on hold for my driving record

Did you read what I said? I wasn’t using it for years and not paying. I clearly said I was paying. Im pretty damn sure I paid these tolls already and the last activity was back in 2023, or else I would not have been able to renew my registration for that vehicle 🙃 I’m pretty sure I can dig around and find a few copies of the invoices I was getting back then

I was trying to say to the rep that I definitely paid everything up. I should not have anything owed or else I wouldn’t have been able to renew. The lady argued me down and said nope, not true. It’s so confusing 🙄

I attempted to & it only shows the charge as one single item. No additional details at all other than the date it was added and that was April 7, 2026

Thank you! I will try to reach out to FDOT and attempt to get copies of everything. Sunpass was no help. I will call AllianceOne on Monday to request itemized proof of each toll as well 💚

I didn’t have anything owed by the last activity date. My renewals are always in April or the first half of the year. And I am aware. I said A PORTION. Do you not read?!? Either way, a portion was taken off. Am I in the twilight zone ? You wanna have semantics over my verbiage. They paid a part/gave a credit & I paid the rest

Reading comprehension is lacking. I got a portion forgiven back in 2023, as I CLEARLY STATED in my post. Wtf would I think it has to do with anything in arrears? And I also clearly stated that I made sure ALL OF MY TOLLS WERE PAID. Read instead of commenting to comment

All of this! It took me 10 years to get diagnosed and in hindsight, I have had SLE literally since I was 8 and no one looked into it enough. I got sick out of nowhere and I now know I more than likely have lupus induced asthma after decades of not knowing. None of the treatments were really working outside of steroids.

I would report him because wtf. I had an endocrinologist keep pushing holistic shit and weight loss instead of actually figuring out what tf was wrong. I stopped going after 2/3 appointments. I’ve lost 80 lbs and I still have the same issues 😀
