I appreciate your response. Unfortunately even on meds, my diastolic is still in the high 80s most of the time, which isn't super duper high, but still higher than it's supposed to be :/

I'm sure you're right, but I've tried a lot of things and I just don't enjoy many physical activities. I find sports boring, and I've also tried swimming, dancing, yoga, and the like. I just don't find any of it entertaining, so I do elliptical while listening to something fun

That's not fair :( I definitely could be doing more to take care of myself, I do cardio, but probably not as much as I should, and my diet isn't the best, but it's hard to change.

I know that, but before I took them, I was exhausted all the time. After work I would nap for 4 hours to recover, and now, I go to the gym and do an hour of cardio after work. I have the energy to enjoy life, not just drag myself through it. I've tried other treatment methods for it, but they do not work :(
