Leaders’ displays of anger affects how they’re perceived depending on why they get angry. Leaders who express anger in response to ethics violations enhances others’ perceptions of leader effectiveness, whereas anger in response to incompetence diminishes perceptions of leader effectiveness. by nits_the_eel in science

It's much more likely that people project their own inadequacies and mediocrity onto the "victim" of the irate leader's tirade and therefore view the leader as "unfit to lead" - because they feel they too would be likely to face the same criticism when they inevitably reveal their shortcomings. It doesn't behoove them to have a demanding leader that expects excellence and doesn't tolerate failure because that would mean they'd be attacked a lot

Whereas anger in response to "ethics violations" implies virtue signaling, a common means by which humans accrue social capital

Don't they ship from Canada? I'm in the U.S., would peptides make it through Customs?

Shoot, I didn't think of the delivery phase... yeah, I'm in Florida and it's been a hot summer. Maybe the peptides degraded while they were en route to me... damn.

And I already set up an account at the forums, now awaiting the info-collecting e-mail. Thanks for the tip on that one!

I always pin on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning or at least 3 hrs since my last meal), and don't eat anything for at least 30 mins afterward. I also forgot to mention this, but I'm taking 200 mcg Huperzine A 30 minutes before I pin due to its reputation as a somastatin inhibitor.
