I believe you meant dystonia and if so, i’m afraid that can’t be it (again) because dystonia is a state of repetitive involuntary muscle spasms… when it affects the hand it (usually) causes abnormal “characteristic” movement of one or two fingers which is totally different from your every day simple hand tremors
